Skills & requirements​

 

General (candidates should meet all of these)

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with applied informatics experience compatible with seniority

• Attention to detail and curiosity to learn new skills

• Desire to work collaborative with colleagues and make the team greater than the sum of the individuals

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)

Informatics (candidates should meet at least one of these)

• Practical knowledge about reference terminologies and interoperability standards

• Experience with data, metadata, and knowledge representation

• Experience with software development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance

• Practical experience with end-user training, mentoring, and support

​

Advanced (optional but considered a plus)

• Graduate degree or specialized training in informatics or data science

• ​Technical skills related to software programming, databases, and reasoning algorithms

• Practical experience with knowledge engineering and knowledge-driven applications

• Applied knowledge about semantic technologies, natural language processing, and machine learning algorithms
